In Studio Sessions: 

What do I wear?  

Whatever you feel most comfortable running in- shorts or leggings & comfortable runners.  

What do I need to bring with me?  
A towel, a bottle of water, music/headphones and your facemask. Hand sanitiser is provided on the premises.

How long is a session? 

A session on the POD machine lasts 30 minutes 
A session on the Roller lasts 15 minutes 
A Cryotherapy session lasts 10 minutes start to finish
A combined floor & pod session lasts 55 minutes- 30 mins POD and 20 mins floor exercises and 5 mins stretching. 

Will I lose weight?

If weight loss is your goal, we'll design a specific combination of floor exercises and machine therapies to help you achieve your target weight. 

Can I bulk up?

Likewise, if bulking is your goal, we'll tailor our exercise plans, machine therapies and develop food plans to help you make those gains! 

Do I have you use all the machines?

We'll discuss your health & fitness goals with you and suggest the best combination of exercises and machines to help you feel great and enjoy your journey you a stronger, healthier, happier you.

Everyone! We believe our machines benefit everyone regardless of their level of mobility. We have clients in long term residential care all the way to professional high performance athletes and everything in-between.
